Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds.

 

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email our Customer Service Team at zerodegreelifestyle@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item. Include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for exchange

We will respond within 24 hours. Note that a fee applies for pickup, drop-off, and reshipping, depending on your location. Once approved, the exchange process may take up to 2 weeks (excluding weekends).

 

SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

 

Quality Check

All exchanged items undergo a thorough quality check. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the item is used or damaged. Please note that slight color, brightness, or texture variations may occur between screen images and the actual product. We encourage reviewing the product description before purchase.

 

Shipping Back the Product

Once the exchange is confirmed, please ship the item back to Zero Degree and provide the tracking ID by email within the same email thread.

 

Processing Time

After receiving the returned item, we will complete the exchange within 5-7 business days.

 

 

For Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, email order details and photos to zerodegreelifestyle@gmail.com We will either provide an exchange of the piece or a store credit for the same for 60 days.

 

Exchange Policy Limitations

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product only once and are subject to availability.
